ORDERING

Our online merchant system can accept Mastercard, Visa & TD Visa debit. For peace of mind and fraud prevention our secure online merchant system does not store or save your credit card information. All orders placed online will be processed and shipped within 24hrs. If there are any issues delaying shipping you will be notified by a Bent Toys sales representative within the 24hr peroid. We understand some people are uncomfortable providing there credit card information online, so we also accept E-trasfers and orders over the phone.

All prices are in Canadian funds.

PHONE

All orders placed over the phone are processed and shipped the same day as long as the order is made before 12:00PM. All orders made after 12:00PM will be processed and shipped the following day. All orders made Fridays after 12:00PM will be processed and shipped on the following Monday. Shipments my be delayed due to holidays.

E-TRANSFER

All E-transer orders must be made over the phone and are processed very similar to phone orders with a credit card. Orders made before 12:00PM will be processed and shipped the same day. If placing an order and you choose to pay via E-tranfer please place the order a minimum of one hour before our 12:00PM cut off time. This ensure substantial time for the E-transfer to be accepted and prepared for shipping. In most cases E-transfer orders are shipped the following day.

CREDIT CARD PAYMENTS

We accept Mastercard, Visa and TD visa debit for online and phone orders. We also accept E-trasfers over the phone.

SHIPPING

We ship anywhere in Canada.

All Online orders have two shipping options, Purolator and Canada Post. Shipping is already calculated according to the part being ordered. Tracking numbers are provided for both shipping methods.

Purolator orders are shipped daily, and in most cases are the most time effective method of shipping.

Canada Post orders are shipped daily. Canada post is the more cost effective option but tipically takes two to five days longer than Purolator.

Return & Exchange

We want you to be happy with all of your purchases from btsp.

All returns inquiries must be made within 3 business days of receiving the item. No returns on electrical parts. Qualifying returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Part failure within this time is not necessarily subject to a return - we cannot guarantee that the customer has properly installed the part and/or that the part has not been abused after installation. All returns must have a copy of the invoice and must have prior authorization of return by btsp. Return shipping will be at the customers expense unless it has been misrepresented by our company or you have been shipped the wrong part.

This is a USED item. If we know that the part is aftermarket we will have it noted in the product description. This can be a bit of a guessing game with some parts.

There is no guarantee on used wear items ( Bearings, Bushing, seals, U-joints etc ). If you purchase an item that uses a wear item ie. ATV knuckle, the bearing included with the knuckle may or may not be usable. If there is no question that the wear item included with your part is unusable we will do our best to contact you. We highly recommend changing the wear items required for your parts. We stock a wide variety of new OEM and aftermarket parts to ensure you receive your parts in a timely fashion.

REBUILT ENGINE WARRANTY

30 day warranty on re-manufactured defects, lifetime on replated cylinder for nikasil defects, all warranty shipping is to be covered by customer. Covered by warranty is faulty workmanship, peeling or flaking caused by a defect in the cylinder coating process.All warranty claims must be reported 10 days from the time defect is discovered, and returned in 30 days failure to do so can result in invalid warranty termsBent Toys is not responsible for shipping or labour for any reason.
