Ordering Policy

At Bent Toys Inc., we offer flexible and secure ordering options to meet your needs. Orders can be placed directly through our website using Visa, MasterCard, and TD Visa Debit. Our online system is encrypted and does not store your credit card information, ensuring peace of mind during every transaction. All online orders are processed within 24 hours on business days (Monday to Thursday, excluding holidays). If there are any issues that may cause a delay in shipping, a Bent Toys team member will notify you within that time frame.

For customers who prefer alternative payment methods, we gladly accept e-transfers and phone orders. Orders placed by phone before 01:00 PM (Toronto time) will be shipped the same day. Orders received after that time, or those placed on Thursday afternoons, will ship the following business day. Please note that orders may be delayed due to holidays or unforeseen circumstances.

All prices listed are in Canadian dollars, and tax is applied where applicable. By placing an order with us, you agree to our terms of sale and confirm that you have read and understood our policies regarding shipping, returns, and warranties.

Shipping Policy

Bent Toys Inc. proudly ships anywhere within Canada. We ship with Purolator and you will be updated with tracking information. Our system calculates shipping based on a 4-dimensional algorithm that factors in the size and weight of the item(s) in your cart.

We ship twice daily with Purolator to ensure fast delivery. Any order placed before 01:00 PM (Toronto time) will be shipped the same day, making Purolator the best choice for customers with time-sensitive needs.

We also offer free curb side pickup at our location. If you’re unable to visit during regular hours, contact us at +1 705 663 1366 or Email Us at parts@btsp.ca to arrange an after-hours pickup we’re happy to accommodate when possible.

Please note that we do not ship internationally, and some oversized items—such as snowmobile hoods, tunnels, frames, fenders, and large fuel tanks—cannot be shipped due to carrier restrictions.

Once your order is in the hands of the shipping provider, we are not responsible for delivery delays or stolen parcels. If your package is lost or missing, we will file a claim with the carrier on your behalf, but a replacement or refund will only be issued after confirmation from the carrier.

Customers are responsible for ensuring accurate shipping addresses. If an incorrect address is provided and the parcel is returned, we will contact you to arrange reshipment, but additional shipping charges will apply.

We may use padded envelopes or alternate packaging as needed to ensure secure delivery. Customers in remote areas such as the Yukon, Northwest Territories, or Nunavut will have Canada Post as their sole shipping option.

Return & Exchange Policy

We want every customer to be satisfied with their purchase from Bent Toys Inc. If you are not happy with your order, you must contact us within three (3) business days of receiving the item to request a return. All returns must be pre-authorized by our team and include a copy of your original invoice.

Returns are not accepted on any electrical parts, whether new or used. Authorized returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee, and return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless we shipped the misrepresented the item.

We cannot guarantee a return for part failure alone, as we cannot verify proper installation or post-installation use. Please inspect your parts upon arrival and reach out to us immediately if there are any concerns.

Used parts often include wear items like bearings, seals, or bushings. These are not guaranteed and are not factored into pricing—if they’re still functional, consider them a bonus. We recommend replacing these components before installation. We also drain all fluids from parts such as radiators, Engines, Transmissions and differentials prior to shipping.

We strive to accurately describe and photograph all products. If we have significantly misrepresented a part, we will offer a full refund including shipping once the item is returned.

Warranty Policy

Bent Toys Inc. offers a limited warranty on certain parts:

1. Re-manufactured parts include a 30-day warranty for defects caused by faulty workmanship.
2. Replated cylinders with nikasil coating come with a lifetime warranty covering defects in the coating process, such as peeling or flaking.

All warranty claims must be reported to us within 10 days of discovering the issue and returned within 30 days to qualify. Failure to do so may void warranty eligibility. Bent Toys Inc. is not responsible for labour costs or shipping fees associated with warranty claims.

Electrical components are sold as-is with no warranty or returns. All used electrical items are tested before sale unless stated otherwise. If a part cannot be tested, we do not list it.

We are committed to transparency and accuracy but emphasize that used parts are sold as-is. Cosmetic wear—such as scratches, rust, scuffs, or dents—should be expected.

Privacy Policy

Bent Toys Inc. is committed to protecting your privacy. We collect only the information necessary to process orders and communicate with you about your purchase. We comply with Canada’s Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) and will never sell, share, or misuse your personal data.

Your payment and personal information are stored securely through our encrypted merchant platform. We do not retain any credit card information after your transaction is complete. You may contact us at any time to request the removal or update of your stored data.

All content on btsp.ca, including but not limited to product photos, descriptions, logos, policies, and written materials, is the intellectual property of Bent Toys Inc. and is protected by Canadian copyright law.

You may not copy, modify, reproduce, republish, distribute, or use our content in any form without prior written permission. Unauthorized use of our website content, whether for commercial purposes or otherwise, is strictly prohibited.
